Trustar Capital Completes Sale Of Amoy Food To Haitian Flavouring

Trustar Capital today announced the successful completion of the sale of the entire equity interest in Amoy Food Limited (collectively referred to as “Amoy Food” or “the Company”) to Foshan Haitian Flavouring and Food Company Ltd.(SSE: 603288.SH; HKEX: 03288.HK, collectively referred to as “Haitian”).
Founded in 1908 and headquartered in Hong Kong, Amoy Food offers a diverse product portfolio spanning soy sauce, oyster sauce, seasoning sauces, and frozen dim sum products. Its sales network extends to more than 30 countries and regions worldwide. As a China-originated brand with a century heritage globally, Amoy Food has consistently upheld a commitment to quality and authentic traditional flavors. Renowned internationally for its meticulous “Made in Hong Kong” standards, the Company continues to deepen its presence across different markets, developing locally tailored product offerings that cater to the needs of regional consumers.
